Shipping policy

All orders ship within 24-48 hours with the exception of weekends, holidays, and preorder purchases. 

If you order a preorder item, there is a one month window of shipment from the time you place your preorder. This is to ensure we can accommodate any potential delays of preorder arrivals. 

UPDATE: While we ship within 24-48 hours from our facility, your order is completely out of our hands once it arrives at the shipping facilities. Due to the current shipping issues worldwide, there are significant delays in shipping. With increased volume during holiday seasons, delays are expected. I will do my part in a speedy fulfillment process, but I kindly ask to please be patient with shipping as the holidays approach. I greatly appreciate your support!
